With over 7 years of consulting experience, I specialize in transforming organizational cultures, developing employee-centered programs, and embedding inclusive practices into systems. My career spans over a decade across various industries, successfully transitioning from Finance to Human Resources in 2017. Since then, I’ve worked with small to large companies in Financial Services, Media, CPG, e-Commerce, and Ed-Tech, advising on strategic decisions and creating customized strategies for long-term growth, improved employee experience, and retention. I also guide organizations through rapid growth and change, ensuring inclusive practices are integrated into business and talent strategies.

I help build sustainable organizational strategies through a phased approach, including culture assessments, leadership alignment, strategic roadmaps, virtual training facilitation, and the establishment of Councils and Employee Resource Groups.

Before transitioning to HR, I held financial reporting roles at Citigroup and Prudential Financial, starting my HR journey in 2017 as an HR Analyst at KIND Snacks.

My lived experiences as a first-generation American and woman of color, combined with my diverse professional background, uniquely equip me to be an effective partner to organizations. I bring innovative ideas and relevant insights to every challenge, working collaboratively to build a culture that aligns with the organization’s purpose.

 

​I hold an MBA in Strategy & Leadership and a B.S. in Accounting, both from Rutgers University. I also earned a Strategic Human Resources Leadership certificate from Cornell University's ILR School.

I enjoy being outdoors (weather permitting), eating pizza (a North Jersey tradition), and watching sunsets on the beach—especially if it's in front of the Pacific Ocean.
